Our Worship and Service Times

For all Christians, Sunday is absolutely central, and it becomes the focus and driving force of all that we do as a community, and personally in our daily life.

At Morningside we are a parish in the Catholic tradition of Anglicanism. All our services use the traditional form of language Our Sunday Mass is sung and with hymns. Incense is used, and a sermon is given.

Some would say the traditional forms are out of date. Nevertheless, what previous generations of Anglicans held as sacred, continues sacred today. What generated the great Saints of the Church in the past remains a life-giving force today.

This traditional form of worship is more elaborate and demands more attention. Yet, a service that demands more delivers more.
